1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Boost CRNA platform at boostcrna.com (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Boost CRNA (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Boost CRNA is a subscription-based educational platform providing resources for registered nurses pursuing admission to Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) programs, including:

• CRNA program search and filtering tools
• GPA calculator
• AI-powered resume review and feedback
• Community forums and candidate profiles
• Educational content and application guidance

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using Boost CRNA, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at support@boostcrna.com
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

Available Plans

• Free: Limited access to platform features at no charge
• Core ($29/month): Full platform access billed monthly
• Pro ($228/year): Full platform access plus priority features, billed annually

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@boostcrna.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Refunds

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any price increase by email. Continued use of the Platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Post spam, harmful content, or false information in community forums
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Circumvent any content protection or access control measures

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Boost CRNA Platform — including but not limited to program data, tool designs, written content, AI-generated feedback, course materials, graphics, and platform code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Boost CRNA and is protected by United States copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or republish any platform content without prior written permission
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense any platform content
• Use platform data or AI-generated feedback for commercial purposes
• Use platform content to train external machine learning models or AI systems without our prior written consent
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Your personal data entered into the Platform remains yours. AI-generated resume feedback and program recommendations are licensed to you for personal use only.

8. User-Generated Content

By posting content in community forums or other areas of the Platform, you grant Boost CRNA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion.

8a. Transcript and Document Uploads

When you upload a transcript, resume, or other document to the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right to share such document and that you have removed or redacted any personally identifiable information — including but not limited to Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, patient data, and full legal names — that you do not wish to share. You are solely responsible for any personally identifiable information contained in documents you upload. Boost CRNA accepts no liability for PII included in user-uploaded documents.

Uploaded files are processed to extract relevant information (such as academic records) and are not retained on our servers after processing. By uploading a document, you grant Boost CRNA a limited license to process the document for the purpose of providing the requested platform features. You further consent to Boost CRNA’s use of anonymized, de-identified data derived from your uploads (with all personal identifiers removed) for the purpose of improving our platform, tools, and services, including AI model training.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI resume review tool provides feedback generated by artificial intelligence. This feedback:

• Is for informational and educational purposes only
• Does not constitute professional career counseling or advising
• May not reflect the specific requirements of any particular CRNA program
• Should be used as one of many resources in your application preparation

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

10. Program Data Disclaimer

Program information in our database is compiled from publicly available sources and updated periodically. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that program requirements, deadlines, tuition, or other details are current or complete. Always verify information directly with individual CRNA programs before making decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boost CRNA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or profits
• Failure to gain admission to any CRNA program
• Inaccuracy of program information
• Any reliance on AI-generated feedback

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boost CRNA, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@boostcrna.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
